Welcome to Swastik Inn. We strive to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests. By making a booking or checking in, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 


1. Booking & Check-In Policy

      • Check-in time is 12:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM.

      • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

      • Guests must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, etc.) at the time of check-in.

      • The number of guests per room must match the booking. Additional guests are chargeable.


    2. Room Charges & Payments

        • Room tariffs are displayed per night and include applicable taxes.

        • Prices may vary during peak seasons or festivals (e.g., Ambubachi Mela).

        • Payments can be made via UPI, cash, or bank transfer. Advance payment may be required for confirmation.

        • Rates are subject to change without prior notice unless already confirmed at the time of booking.


      3. Cancellation & Refunds

          • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

          • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in will incur one night’s retention charge.

          • No-shows without prior intimation will be charged in full.

          • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.


        4. Occupancy & Guest Conduct

            • All guests must maintain decorum and avoid causing disturbance to other occupants.

            • Visitors are allowed in guest rooms until 10:00 PM and must be registered at the front desk.

            • The management reserves the right to deny entry or ask guests to vacate if found violating policies.


          5. Children & Extra Beds

              • Children under 5 stay free with existing bedding.

              • Extra mattress available on request at a fixed charge per night.

              • Maximum occupancy rules apply per room type.


            6. Food & Beverages

                • Food is prepared fresh and only on request. No complimentary breakfast is provided.

                • Outside food is allowed, but guests are requested to maintain cleanliness.

                • Alcohol consumption is permitted inside rooms only. Public drinking is not allowed.


              7. Puja & Darshan Services

                  • Assistance for temple visits and puja bookings is available upon request.

                  • Swastik Inn does not sell or promote temple tickets directly.

                  • All temple-related services are arranged via third-party or local facilitators.


                8. Damage & Liability

                    • Any damage to property caused by the guest will be chargeable.

                    • Swastik Inn is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. A safe place to store valuables can be provided upon request.

                    • In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, etc.), bookings may be modified or cancelled without liability.


                  9. Housekeeping & Room Service

                      • Daily housekeeping is available. For extended stays, linen is changed every alternate day.

                      • Room service is limited to food orders and basic requests.


                    10. Pets

                        • Currently, pets are not allowed on the premises.
